RibSTRONG galvanized colour-coated profile sheets are designed to withstand diverse climatic conditions. The Bureau of Indian Standards recommends a roofing pitch of 18.3° as the most suitable for Indian conditions — and this profile can be adapted to slope according to design. Features anti-capillary grooves and a return leg runner to prevent water ingress into the side overlap. Strong, economical, and covers more area per square metre.

Galvalume colour coated roofing sheets are steel sheets coated with an Al-Zn alloy comprising 55% aluminium, 43.40% zinc, and 1.60% silicon, then pre-painted with a colour coating (RMP, SMP, HDP, or PVDF). They offer superior corrosion resistance, weather durability, and aesthetic appeal for roofing and cladding.
RibSTRONG has a cover width of 1015mm with a 203mm pitch, making it ideal for all roof slopes including the IS-recommended 18.3° pitch for Indian conditions. BigSPAN has a larger cover width of 1060mm with a 353mm pitch, engineered for extensive coverage with minimal lap loss — reducing project cost on large roof and wall cladding areas.
Four coating types are available: RMP (Regular Modified Polyester), SMP (Silicon Modified Polyester), HDP (High Durable Polyester), and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride). Each offers increasing levels of durability, colour retention, and weather resistance to suit different project requirements and budgets.
Standard thickness is 0.50mm TCT. Sheets are also available in 0.60mm TCT in pre-painted galvanised steel subject to quantity. For aluminium sheets, the range is 0.7mm to 1.2mm. RibSTRONG is additionally available in Aluminium, PPGI, and PPGL up to 0.80mm thickness.
Colour coated metal profile roofing sheets are supplied in custom cut lengths from a minimum of 300mm to a maximum of 12,000mm, ensuring precise fitment with minimal site wastage and off-cuts.
