01 — Product Overview
Steelzip™ Standing Seam Roofing System
Steelzip™ is a standing seam roofing system that provides seamless coverage for entire industrial buildings. Its panels are connected using a double-lock standing seam, offering a secure and efficient solution for modern construction.
A specialized clip is inserted into the seam during installation without requiring fasteners, holes, or penetrations. These seams are bonded using a portable electric seamer, ensuring durability and structural integrity across the entire roof surface.
Panels are formed on-site to the required dimensions and lengths — enabling continuous sheet lengths over 100 metres, ideal for covering expansive industrial areas with no mid-span joints.
Innovative Seam Connection
Core System Technology
The Steelzip™ system features panels joined by a double-lock standing seam. A specialized clip is inserted into the seam during installation without requiring fasteners, holes, or penetrations.
These seams are bonded using a portable electric seamer, ensuring durability and structural integrity throughout the roof's service life.
On-Site Panel Forming
Precision Manufacturing
Panels are formed on-site to the required dimensions and lengths, ensuring precision during installation.
This enables continuous sheet lengths over 100 metres, eliminating mid-span joints on large industrial roofing projects.
All technical parameters are verified product specifications. Custom material and colour options are available subject to minimum order requirements.
